In the Book of Isaiah (29:11, Van Dyck Version), the Prophet Isaiah says:
“And the vision of all is become unto you as the words of a book that is sealed, which men deliver to one that is learned, saying, Read this, I pray thee: and he saith, I cannot; for it is sealed.”

The sealed book in this glad tiding is the Qur’ān. This is because when angel Gabriel delivered this book to the Prophet Muḥammad at the beginning of his mission, saying, “Read!” He replied, “I am not a reader.”
This glad tiding is a bearer of glad tidings of this event, because Allāh, Exalted be He, said about the Qur’ān: “And indeed, it is [mentioned] in the scriptures of former peoples.” [Ash-Shu‘arā’ (The Poets), 26:196], meaning the books of the former peoples, and they are the Jews and Christians.
There is another glad tiding in the Book of Revelation confirming this: “And I saw in the right hand of Him who sat on the throne a scroll written inside and on the back, sealed up with seven seals.” (Revelation 5:1) The seven seals are “Sūrat Al-Fātiḥah (The Opening)”, which is at the beginning of the Qur’ān. It consists of seven verses, so they are the seven seals.
There is another glad tiding showing that this book is for all people, which applies only to the Qur’ān. The glad tiding is: “And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people.” (Revelation 14:6) This prophecy in Revelation is the everlasting glad tidings for all people, i.e., the Qur’ān. It is not known that any book is for all people except the Qur’ān, and its seven seals are Surah Al- Fatiḥah, which is at the beginning of the Qur’ān. It consists of seven verses, so they are the seven seals.
